Untried Polish Challenge

A while back I stumbled upon a neat polish challenge while day dreaming on Pinterest. I quickly pinned it knowing it would be the perfect thing to kick start me into using the many untried polishes in my stash. I present to you the Untried Polish Challenge from Jonochi at Just Add Polish.

justaddpolish.com

I started with "Three Colors". Not sure why I picked to do that one first but these are the three untried colors I used.

Big Yellow Taxi by Ciaté is from their Advent Calendar that I ordered in November of 2012. Spring from Too Cute-icle was a polish I won from a banner contest that the creator, Jess, held on her Facebook page. And In Bloom from Color Club is a lucky find from Ross. The white isn't an untried, but is Sinful Colors Snow Me White.

Three untried polishes used and an adorable design to show them off. I'm so glad I found this challenge! And on to the next one!

Sunset Gradient Chevrons

Hi all. I have a quick post for you showing you my sunset gradient, I love gradients and love using tape. Soooo ta-da!

I really love these three colors together. Looking at it, it makes me think of fun and happy things. The gradient on my pink is my favorite. It looks perfect to me. Please ignore my tip wear, this manicure was two days old by the time I got to take photos, and I really slacked on hydrating my hands.

Do certain colors make you feel a certain way or think of certain things? What is your favorite colors to use for gradients?

Colors Used
Sinful Colors - Snow Me White
Sinful Colors - Cotton Candy
Zoya - Pippa
Wet N Wild - Sunny Side Up

Color Club - Kismet

This is the second to last Halo Hue color I have to share with everyone. Just as good as the previous colors, Kismet is a true gem.

Kismet is a shifty green to yellow holographic polish. Kismet leans to a pale gold in the light, and radiates amazing yellow, gold, aqua and violet rainbows. Great formula and high shine. This is two coats plus a top coat.

Just one more polish ladies. I'm sad to see it come to an end.

Neon Rainbows

I started this manicure in hopes of trying out Cute Polish's brilliant idea for home made O.P.I's Black Spotted. Turns out I don't have any hand sanitizer like I thought I did. Oops! I'll be picking up some tonight to finish the manicure. So with the first step out of the way, I present to you my rainbow sponging done with Color Club polishes.
L-R Age of Aquarius, Volt of Light, All That Razz, Ultra-Violet, Trippie Hippie
Color club is easily one of my favorite brands. Always easy to work with and a nice smooth formula. The only downfall for me is that I buy Color Club at Ross, where the collections are never labeled with the polish names. I've done my best to properly label them.
